If you are already a member of the 4th infantry association, then all you need to do is either add the A/1/8 chapter as a secondary chapter ($5 fee) or switch your primary chapter to the A/1/8 chapter.

If you are not yet a member of the 4th infantry association, just download the form, fill it out and mail it in with your dues.
