This memorial honoring the 81 soldiers of the 4th Infantry Division who were killed in the war in Iraq (news - web sites) is shown on Monday, July 12, 2004, at Fort Hood, Texas. It also honors a civilian killed while working there for the division. Bronze for the casting came from remelted statues of Saddam Hussein (news - web sites).
